MegaCon 2009 Post-MortemI just wanted to thank everyone who made last weekend's MegaCon in Orlando a big success for us!
It was a hectic show, and there was much to see & do. I, however, didn't see or do much. I was at my table as much as I could be, trying to get sketches done for folks. I appreciate all the folks at the end who didn't mind their quickie sketches! I wish I could handle everyone's requests, I really do.
A special thanks to all the Deviants who stopped by to say 'hi'! It seemed like every third person who visited our booth was a DA drive-by.
It was especially cool to meet some of the lovely cosplay folks. Partly because they are nice folk who turn every day they can into Halloween, but mostly because a lot of them are very, very pretty ladies. And when hot chicks loiter at your table, well, you just look a lot cooler than you really are. Thanks, ladies (makes pistols with fingers, blows kisses, and does a tiger-growl)...
And top thanks to Miss Allison for running the booth, and freeing me up to do mah thang.
My next show will be Emerald City Con in Seattle, on April 4th and 5th!

Sounds like a good time man! Sadly it doesn't look like i can hit any Cons this year. I think i just missed my best chance in WonderCon which was in San Fran and close to me.
Sounds like ya had a blast though!
Also yeah, hot chicks around your table adds to the coolness factor lol!
