One of my successful covers. My tribute to pinup king Gil Elvgren!

My PLAN was that I wanted Supergirl to look like a pretty girl sitting on the rocks by the sea under a starry sky, and only afterwards you notice that she is riding a meteor into the atmosphere.

I think her face turned out really adorable, but I really love the cape and the texture on the rocks.
