OK, lemme explain...

I have two Olde English Sheepdogs, and the Atlanta OES Rescue is having a little eBay fundraiser starting tonight. I'll post the link as soon as the auction goes up. All moneys raised go to helping dogs (specifically Olde English Sheepdogs) get into good, loving homes.

This goofy bit of whimsy is my contribution! If you're new to the gallery, I did the covers for DC Comic's CATWOMAN for a number of years. This glorified convention sketch is a fake cover showing Selina 'Catwoman' Kyle switching from Team Cat to Team Dog (very reluctantly!)

20" X 14", pencil, Pitt pen, and COPIC marker (warm and cool grey) on Strathmore Drawing paper.

**BAD MOOD WARNING**
I have a serious sinus headacha, and I loathe Christmas.

If anyone feels the need to rail against me for asking for charitable donations for a dog and not a human (like the last time I tried toget help for a dog in need)...

1. I've donated a bunch of money recently to cancer research, because my older cousin Bobby Coates, who gave me first comics (including Fantastic Four #81) as hand-me-downs when I was a child, died of liver cancer in November. I also donate to Veterans charities. So, no grief about helping dogs, ok? I help people when I can, as well.

2. If you DO feel the need to post something negative about the subject of my helping animals, even as a joke, I will ban you from my gallery. I'm not kidding. The last time I tried to be a decent person and help an animal in need, some people felt the need to make my life miserable.

3. If you DO object to any of my minor charitable endeavors, and feel the need to post about it here, to my face... do the world a favor and take the time & energy you would waste posting your hateful drivel, and donate $5 to some charitable endeavor you DO approve of. No trolling, no flaming, just shut up and do something nice with your disapproving energy.

That's just for the small, SMALL handful of people out there that just enjoy disharmony, anarchy, and making me unhappy. As for the many, many wonderful people who really make this gallery a reaffirming pleasure to maintian:

You know what makes you such a lethal art ninja? Your ability to not only draw/ink/paint/photoshop... it's your skill at digging out emotion from a sheet of paper and some ink. I can't see enough of your work. I can't. I can't do it. No way. :)

This is hilarious. Loved coming across it in my recently purchased copy of "Slayboy." Took me a minute to figure it all out...but it's funny, and superbly draw...as if anything you do is not.
